Core, Concrete Sawing, Concrete Drilling and Chemical
Anchorage are our job
Services
CORE
Horizontal, vertical or angular drilling and sawing operations are performed on all surfaces without damaging and vibration at all diameters starting from 20 mm. Holes with a diameter of above 600 mm are drilled through corrosion by multiple drills. As concrete is cut with iron equipment, core drilling does not require any extra procedures.
Core Sawing
Core sawing is used to open holes for heating systems, plumbing, waste-clean water, chimneys, doors-windows, and elevator-stairs, as well in similar repair works in all types of concrete buildings, whether iron or non-iron, and to obtain test samples from buildings.
CONCRETE SAWING
When concrete or asphalt are needed to be removed for any reason, concrete or asphalt on a desired surface are cut and removed smoothly using sawing machines, together with its components without damaging the entire surface. As the sawed surface is flat, no extra leveling procedures are needed.Using a concrete sawing machine,
Control joints, Building joints, Dilatations joints, and Stairwells and Ventilation vents are made.
CONCRETE DRILLING
Operations for block removal with iron equipment with any shape, size and diameter on all areas without vibration and damage can be performed using concrete sawing machines. Sawing machines have been designed for use in horizontal and vertical positions and can meet all kinds of needs.
Concrete Drilling
It is used for procedures such as stairwell and elevator wellhole opening; joint cutting to prevent surface concrete cracks; cutting and opening doors, windows, canals, and retaining walls; and canal opening.
CHEMICAL ANCHORAGE
Main Application Areas;
Studding with ironstone, Machine installations, Tunnel formwork anchorage, Rail installations, Sign illumination and railing anchorage, Seat installations for assembly halls and sports halls, Anchorage for space frame systems, All pluggings with heavy functions, Loading test services.
Procedure,
A suitable hole is made for a plug with a desired diameter. Glass tube with chemical content is placed into the hole. Anchorage bar is fixed on the tube. Then, the tube is broken by impact and reacts with concrete studding (steel bolt - ironstone); thus, anchorage procedure is performed.
